Ben Richardson
Ben grew up in the Auburn area as a boy in the mid 60's and early 70's and moved back to the area in 2000 with his family. He earned a management degree in 1997 from The Master's College. He served in the United States Navy as a Deep Sea Diver for 6 years. Ben and his wife, Geldie, have 3 boys who attend school in Auburn. They attend a local community church in Meadow Vista, just outside of Auburn.

Ben has been licensed to sell real estate since 1989. He received his Real Estate Broker's license in June of 2005. He has been selling residential property in the area since 2000. He joined Crossroad Ventures Group, Inc. (CVG) in September of 2010 in order to start a new Residential division. Crossroad Ventures Group has been strictly a Commercial firm to this point. Ben will continue to specialize in residential real estate. There are numerous cross-over clients between commercial and residential real estate. Jim Esway, owner and broker of Crossroad Ventures Group, saw a need to continue to provide excellent service to his commercial clients needing to sell or buyer residential property. Jim asked Ben to join the team and build a residential arm of the company. Because of the great reputation of Crossroad Ventures Group, and its team, the decision to join forces was easy for Ben. Ben is looking forward to the new synergy created by this alliance.
